Is Customer Service Dead?
First let me say, I hope all of the mom’s out there had an excellent Mother’s Day! Mine was pretty darn good. However, I do have one little complaint. I try not to rant on here and to keep it positive. However, customer service is one of my pet peeves and do I have a doozie to share. More and more, I feel that there just really isn’t any customer service anymore. Not with the brick and mortar businesses anyway. I have many, many examples of this but to keep this from becoming a book, I will just talk about what happened yesterday morning. My husband and I had completely forgotten about Mother’s Day so it really snuck up on us. Last year, he took me to a lovely brunch but this year, we had no plan.
I am a pretty simple gal so we went to one of my favorite local drive thrus for a breakfast burrito. The day was beautiful…sun shining, little Yoshi wagging his tail from his car seat in the back and my wonderful husband driving us to one of my favorite places. Mmm. Life is good. Right? Well, we get to the place, order breakfast, pay, and when the young lady (older teen I think) came to the window with our order, she was talkin’ 90 to nothin’ explaining that she ‘didn’t know before she took our order that they ran out of the right tortillas so they put all of the ingredients in a box with a different kind of tortilla on top so it’s all there and there is green chili so just pour it on top and it should all be good’. I was so stunned, I couldn’t speak. Wow! Really? She was talking so fast, I’m not sure I could have gotten a word in anyway. She kept repeating it all so I determined that she must have been nervous I was about to go off on her which made me feel bad for her because I sooo know how that goes. In my previous job, I had to put up with that A LOT!
Anyway, so we took our food and went home. Well, guess what? All of the ingredients that were supposed to be in the burrito were NOT there! I was pretty disappointed and my sweet husband offered to take it back but ya know, it was such a beautiful day and we were going to the movies later…I just didn’t want to mess with it. It astounded me though that she never ONCE offered me my money back. Never offered to make it right in anyway shape or form. Just pawned this mess off on me. Maybe she didn’t have the authority to do anything. I don’t know and in the scheme of things, it isn’t all that important but boy, just one more example of how sad customer service has become in our country.
On the other hand, my experiences with online companies and their customer service has been wonderful! Amazon and Chewy in particular. They are always kind and want to do whatever it will take to make you happy. Not to say there aren’t bad experiences out there because I have read enough reviews to know better but personally, I haven’t had any thus far. Knock on wood…lol. Well, I guess that is it for my rant. Back to something positive…today’s “aww”:
On Saturday, May 11, 2019, the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) will be conducting their annual “Stamp Out Hunger” food drive. This is their 27th food drive. It all started back in 1993 when a group of NALC began the conversation about feeding those in need in the community. They found out that food banks start running out of food around this time (from the donations back at Thanksgiving and Christmas) so they decided this was the perfect time for a food drive. It was agreed that at least 1 postal branch from all of the 50 states would participate in the drive.
They collected 11 million pounds of food! In 2016, they collect 1.5 billion pounds of food! Wow! Go America and our national postal carriers! Of course, I am a little partial, my hubby is a postal carrier. Lol. This is an amazing program with amazing people contributing…from those who give of themselves to those who get those donations to the people in need. I love that about our country…how giving we can be…how we ban together when the chips are down.
That is something we see here when there is a really bad snow. Everyone helps everyone. We all ban together to weather the storm. I bring this up because it snowed last night and is snowing today. It melts off pretty fast but I am sooo ready for some sunshine which we are supposed to get tomorrow. Yay! I hope you all are having a bright and happy day! Today’s “aww” is:
Willow Tree Angels
Even if you are not a religious person, these little angels can offer comfort at rough times in life. I like to give them as gifts of comfort when a friend is mourning but I also like to give them for happy occasions too. I am not a terribly religious person myself; I just think they are cute. They make me smile and it seems they do the same for others.
This is another good gift to get for that person who has everything. They have themed angels such as the learning angel, pet loss angels, birthday angels, etc. These make great gifts for coworkers as well. When someone has lost a pet and you just aren’t sure what to do or say, give them one of the “pet loss” Willow Tree Angels. It will mean a lot to that person and give them a nice piece they can put in their home for remembrance.
Well, my friends, on to post more. I hope your day is brighter than it is here. We have had a lot of rain this week and it is going to snow again tomorrow. Spring in Colorado! Today’s “aww” is:
We Have Come A Long Way Baby
My husband and I watched this movie last week. I know, we are a little behind on our movie watching. Lol. Actually, I wasn’t really that interested in it but my curiosity got the better of me and I am so glad it did! I had no idea what a great lady she is and what she did for women’s rights. Even today, women are not treated as equals but after watching “On The Basis of Sex”, I realize just how far we have come thanks to women like Ruth Bader-Ginsburg.
Ladies, it wasn’t that long ago where we were expected to run our homes and be a pretty adornment when our husbands took us to business functions. Mr. Ginsburg was not that way. He was very supportive of his wife and helped her to achieve so much to move women’s rights forward. I guess the saying should really be “Behind Every Great Woman, Stands a Good Man”. I am one of those lucky women too. I found one that always supports me. He once told me “You’re a badass; you just don’t know it.” God love him! I don’t feel like a badass but you know I think so many of us feel this way even though we have greatness in us.
Shortly after I watched this movie, I watched “Hidden Figures”. I am a glutton for punishment. Talk about women’s rights! These women had it rough but no matter what they had to do to achieve their goals, they pushed through and sucked it up. I thought women in general were treated like second class citizens but these women were treated even worse. They persevered though and made a big difference in American history! I am thankful to all of these women who have helped to make my life so much easier than their’s.
On to my next posts, so I will sign off for now. I want to get some recipes and tidbits posted today so I am going to close with this “aww”:
Red Rocks, Colorado
Red Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air ampitheater, here, in Colorado. It is 6,450 feet above sea level and seats 9,525 people. This is such a beautiful place to see a concert and the acoustics are amazing! Of course, this is a beautiful place period but at night when all of the stars are out and you are watching one of your favorite bands play one of your favorite songs…mmm…nothing like it in the world!
Red Rocks is also a nice place to just visit. Back in the day (my teenage days that is) there were 2 restrooms and that was it but now they have a museum and serve food. Last summer, my husband and I took a motorcycle ride up there and it was really nice. I was surprised at how many people were there running up and down the concrete seats. Running for exercise is not my idea of fun but can you imagine doing this up and down stairs at 6,450 feet above sea level? It made me tired just watching them! I have read that Red Rocks can be a difficult place for bands to get use to singing in because of the altitude. I guess it can be a bit of a shock to the system.
As always, I encourage you to poke around my site for new posts and I hope you all have an excellent day! I will sign off with this “aww”:
What Gift to Get?
‘Tis the season for birthdays! I love to celebrate people’s birthdays…their special day and I don’t know about your family but in mine, we have more Summer birthdays than in any other season. However, sometimes finding the right gift for your loved one can be quite a challenge. We all have those people in our lives who don’t need anything and have the money to buy whatever they need. I have several of these people in my life so choosing a nice gift is often a challenge. One of the solutions I have come up with is Groupon. I like Groupon because they don’t show the receiver how much you spent on their Groupon gift. Also, you can email the Groupon to the receiver so it doesn’t matter where they live, you can get their gift to them fast.
Plus, you can search for things near where the person lives and Groupon will give you a whole list of services available in that area. Sometimes, they have even given me ideas that I would not otherwise have found on my own. One year I got my brother a Groupon to a restaurant where they got to make their own wine. It was very affordable and something out of the ordinary for the person who has everything!
As always, before I sign off, let me leave you with today’s “aww”. I hope it makes you smile!
Ahh…Springtime in the Rockies!
The weather has given us quite the roller coaster ride, here, in Colorado. We have had amazing sunny days among wet, heavy snows. The good thing about these type of snows is that at least they melt off fast. However, those poor early blossoms take a beating this time of year. When all is said and done, everything will be so green and new.
At least we have had some really nice weather in between the snows. Nice enough that my husband has been able to ride his motorcycle. Yay, hubby! I haven’t been on it yet this year. I think I will wait for the weather to be just a little more consistent. This brings me to my next point.
Be a polite doggy parent and pick up their poop! Everyone is out in the nice weather taking their dogs for walks and I just love it! But remember to be a good doggy parent, please. I keep a little poop bag holder right on my dog’s leash. That way, when he does his business, I have a bag handy. Turn it inside out, put your hand in the plastic, pick up and tie off. No muss, no fuss! I get it when the weather is yucky but no excuses when it is nice out!
Okay, enough of that rant. I am off to post some tidbits and recipes. I hope everyone has a lovely day and to help with that, I will leave you with this “aww”:
My New Website
As much as I love Pajama Casual Corner, my expertise lies in the area of medical health insurance billing so I have started a new business where I can use my knowledge to help others. I am definitely NOT leaving this business behind so keep coming back! My new business is The Patient Advocate at https://thepatientadvocate.net. Take a look sometime and if you have a health insurance issue, DEFINITELY, drop by…I can help!
I have learned a great deal about starting an online business in the past few months and as hard as it has been, it has been a lot of fun too! I hope to be able to share some dos and don’ts with you when all is said and done. Anything I can do to help a fellow blogger. Not that I am an expert for sure but I have learned some things and I have made some mistakes so if anyone can learn from it, yay! I sure have! Lol.
Well, my friends, I am off to find new and interesting topics. I hope you all are having a great day! Today’s “aww”:
Howdy everyone! Today’s post is going to be a short one. I have been having technical difficulties so I have been away working on getting them resolved. I am soooo happy to say that with some really good help, all is well again.
Mostly anyway. Now that the technical problems are fixed, I am feeling a bit under the weather. Stress! Go figure! Lol. I am sure I will be right as rain soon enough though. Just know I am here and will have some new posts soon. I also have started another business and I will talk more about that next time. Plus I have a cute new puppy paw necklace to post in my Shop Around the Corner!
For now though, thank you so much for visiting and I hope that anything I share on my blog helps in some small way. I will leave you for now with this “aww”:
April Fool’s Day
I hope everyone had a good weekend and that Monday isn’t too rough! I am finding that as I get older, I question the origin of some of the holidays we celebrate or recognize in this country. April Fool’s Day is one of those holidays. What is so awesome about the times we live in, is that I can simply do a search on the internet and find a wealth of information on any subject!
One of the websites that offered information I felt was trustworthy is www.history.com. They informed me that some historians speculate that April Fool’s Day began when France switched from the Julian to the Gregorain calendar. Those who didn’t know and continued to celebrate the year during the last week of March thru April 1st got pranked.
Others speculate that April Fool’s Day was tied to the first day of Spring when Mother Nature fooled people with unpredictable weather. According to the “Time History Newsletter” at www.time.com on the subject, Europe and America are the only countries to recognize April Fool’s Day.
I have never been one for pranks but some people go to great lengths to plan pranks for this day. The following are some of the more famous April Fool’s Day pranks that I came across:
1957 – The BBC reported Swiss farmers experiencing a record spaghetti crop and showed people harvesting noodles from trees. I guess people really believed them!
1985 – Sports Illustrated made up an article about a rookie pitcher named Sidd Finch who could throw a fastball over 168 mph.
1996 – Taco Bell announced it agreed to purchase the “Liberty Bell” and they intended to rename it the “Taco Bell Liberty Bell”.
1998 – Burger King advertised a “Left-Handed Whopper” and people actually ordered it!
Too funny! Well, if any of you are pranked today, I sure hope it makes you laugh. That is it for today. I will be back soon though. Today’s aww:
Book of “Helpful Tidbits”
This is my new book! I have never published a book before! I did it through Amazon publishing and it was a pretty cool experience. They make it pretty easy and it’s free! They even help you to set the price based on their previous experiences with the same type of book.
As I started developing this blog, my “Helpful Tidbits” section really took off. I had no idea how many little tips I utilize each day. Tips that have been passed down from my grandmother and mother, tips from my husband’s grandmother and mother, tips I have picked up from friends and coworkers and even things I discovered myself. It is funny how so many of us have that desire to share our knowledge with each other! We want to feel helpful and useful. Especially we empty nesters but that is a different story for another time.
The weekend is coming up and my husband is off for 3 days in a row. He is a postman and they have these strange schedules. One week he has Sunday and Monday off, then Sunday and Tuesday the next week, and Sunday and Wednesday the next and so on. However, when it comes to the week where he gets Friday off, he also gets Saturday and Sunday off and then works 6 days in a row the following week. Makes your head spin, huh?
Anyway, his 3 day weekend is coming up and I am looking forward to having the time with him. Plus, he is going to help me clean the bathroom! Is this a good man or what? The bathroom is the place I hate to clean the most so it is really nice to have his help.
Also, I have posted more recipes and helpful tidbits. Check out those sections when you get a chance! I am going to sign off for now. Have a great weekend! I will leave you with this “aww” until next time:
Our Fur Babies and the Bathroom
I have read many times on Pinterest about other fur baby parents having to use the restroom with an audience so I know I am not the only one but I was thinking, (this morning when I had a full bathroom) when did going to the bathroom become a multiple entity task? Lol. Maybe that is where we, women, get it from. Just kidding. A little. I wonder, is this a pack mentality type of thing…wherever the alpha goes…I am the alpha…the pack follows? Or are they just trying to keep tabs on me? Either way, I am loved for sure!
Spring is in the air and my hubby is chomping at the bit to get out on his motorcycle. Poor guy. Truly, I do feel sorry for him because it has been a long time since he has been able to ride. He had back problems last year starting in September. He ended up having to have surgery and just returned to work in January. During this time, he was not able to ride. Finally, the warm weather is here and he is able to ride and…the battery is dead. Ugh! Of course, this is an easy fix but it just delays being able to go for a ride.
Well, off to post more in the “Shop Around the Corner”. Stop by when you get a chance! I will say “goodbye” for now and leave you with today’s “aww”:
March Showers Bring…
April showers? Lol. I know the saying is April showers bring May flowers but the showers have already started here. The snow has turned to rain. It is starting to feel like Spring in Colorado. The rain and clouds make it a little gloomy but I know it is worth it. Everything will be so green when the blooming starts. You can already hear the birds chirping. The only drawback…the waiting. In the meantime, stay dry!
My husband and I went to see Captain Marvel this week. What a great movie! It is so funny because every Marvel movie we see, we discover another connection to another one of the Marvel’s we have already seen. But with the new information, we have to go back and see them again to see how it all factors in. If you have see Iron Man, Thor, The Avengers, Captain America, etc., then you know what I mean. They are all connected and with each movie, there is so much symbolism. It is really easy to miss some of it. Here is a little tidbit for the newbie Marvel lovers…Stan Lee makes a cameo in everyone of them. Unfortunately, he passed away in November 2018. I figured we wouldn’t be seeing him anymore in upcoming Marvel movies but I hear they have figured out a way to continue his cameo appearances! Technology is amazing!
Speaking of technology, how crazy is it going to the movie theater these days? You can purchase your tickets online and even reserve your seating. You can compare movie times across all of the theaters near you. Pretty cool and easy. However, when you walk into the movie theater, it is like a ghost town. There aren’t many attendants anymore. My husband and I could have walked right into the theater without paying! We would never do such a thing but it was a little disturbing how easy that would have been to do.
With everything so automated…even getting a drink is automated these days. I completely understand that they don’t need as many employees but they should at least have enough at the front who are paying attention. There were two people manning the counter but they were NOT interested in assisting us at all! They pointed us in the direction of the kiosk.
The last time we were at the movies, we decided to get a drink and popcorn. There was one lady behind the counter trying to help 2 different lines. One was supposed to be the VIP line where you get to jump ahead of everyone else. It was defeating the purpose to have one person trying to assist people in both lines. I felt sorry for her as I watched her try to keep up.
I watched this documentary a while ago about how Japan has artificial intelligence doing all of their “menial” work (not my word) because they don’t have enough people to fill all of the available jobs. Is this what is yet to come for us? We won’t see people behind the counters, we will see robots? I don’t know what I think about that. On one hand, I think it is ingenious! On the other hand, I think “what does that mean for those of us in need of work?” and how will that affect our economy. It should be interesting to watch this transformation if this truly is where we are headed.
Well, it has come to that point where I need to sign off for now. Please poke around. I have posted some new items for sale and new recipes. I hope you all have a wonderful day! As always, I have one last thing to share…my “aww” for the day:
First Day of Spring!
Today marks the beginning of Spring…fresh starts, new beginnings, and warmer weather! Time for capris and short sleeves…yay! There are a lot of Spring sales out there so be on the lookout. A good one that I came across is Bath and Body Works has all of their hand lotions on sale for $2.75 just use the code BEACHVIBES at check out. I am not being paid to tell you this, I just really like Bath and Body Works and I always like to shop a sale!
Tomorrow is the start of March Madness. Have you completed your brackets, yet? I don’t know much about basketball stats so my husband does the picking. Last year, we won! I understand the game so it will be cool to watch the upcoming playoffs and make snacks! Lol.
Time to turn our thoughts toward the Spring calendar and Easter. It will be here before you know it. This is the time to air out our homes, get our spring cleaning done and decorate for Easter! With that in mind, I have found a couple of cute Easter wall hangings that I posted in “The Shop Around the Corner” so stop by before you leave!
I will sign off for now. Have a beautiful day! Last but not least, let me leave you with today’s “aww”:
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
This is a holiday I know a little about. My ancestors are from Ireland and I was raised with the meat and potatoes diet and all of the old wives tales. However, you can always teach an old dog new tricks so I did some research on the History Channel website about St. Patrick’s Day just to see what I might learn.
As you may know, St. Patrick is the patron saint of Ireland. He is touted with bringing christianity to Ireland and he passed away on March 17th. Hence the day of celebration and remembrance for the Irish. He is famed for having used the shamrock to explain the Holy Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Ghost). I also learned that the Irish used to wear the shamrock as a way to show their Irish pride and displeasure of English rule.
The holiday has come a long way from those days. Lol. I heard on the radio that this is the number one drinking holiday…even over New Year’s! Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day and I think it is great considering the Irish were not very well liked when they first came to America. So go and be Irish but be safe!
That is my knowledge drop for the day. I hope you all enjoy! I will sign off with my “aww” for the day:
Ides of March
Simply put…March 15th. I had no idea that is what the Ides of March meant. I was curious so I looked it up on the History Channel website. I found out that during the Roman Republic, they held a New Year’s festival on the Ides of March. Ides means the 13th or 15th of the month which is when there is a full moon. It initially marked the first full moon of the year but was later changed. Also, in William Shakespeare’s play, “Julius Caesar”, Caesar is warned to “Beware of the Ides of March”. It meant that something bad would occur on March 15th. Now we know that the warning was of his death.
Onto what is happening here. We have shoveled out of the snow. We had quite the blizzard on Wednesday. I don’t know what the final snow fall was but last I heard, we got 8 inches. That makes for some pretty big snow drifts! The great thing about Colorado is that it won’t last long. It has already started to melt off. My little puppy, Yoshi, isn’t too crazy about going potty in the snow! Lol. When it is that deep, he sinks right down in it. We have to clear a little path for him so that he can go. Now it is sunny again and a little warmer. I can actually see a little green poking through. Yay for Yoshi!
While you are here, check out my “Earrings” section, I have posted a few new pairs of earrings for sale. You will find earrings you can dress up or dress down in this section.
Time to sign off for now. The “aww” I will leave you with today is:
He is thirsty. It is wine o’clock somewhere!
Daylight Savings Time
It is only the Tuesday after daylight savings time and I am still draggin’! I love that it stays lighter out for longer after work but I hate losing time. I’m not sure when daylight savings time started to affect me as much as it does now but it takes me a week nowadays for my inner clock to adjust. I am hoping this time doesn’t take as long. Lol. It just kinda throws everything off for a little while and the older I get, the longer it takes for me to adjust but adjust, I do!
Spring is coming and today, in Colorado, it is a balmy 64 degrees. I am even able to get away with wearing capris. It is funny how March tends to be our snowiest month in Colorado and tomorrow is supposed to be proof positive of that fact. It is supposed to be snowy and cold out tomorrow so I am planning on ham and beans in the crock pot for dinner. A perfect day for warm smells! Since there are only 2 of us, I froze half of this dish when I originally cooked it so I just had to set it out to thaw. How convenient!
Speaking of 2…check out my new section “Cooking for Two” under the “Recipes” tab. I have come to find that the freezer is my new best friend. It has taken me a while to learn to cook for two (I still have much to learn) but it didn’t take me long to figure out how to cook for 4. Most recipes and packages seem to center around that particular number. So I cook for 4 and freeze half. As long as I don’t put that dish back in the dinner rotation for a little while, hubby is happy. I have come to find that some dishes are better warmed up in the oven but others are just as good nuked.
You would think that I could just double the dishes I had learned to cook for myself before hubby came along but he doesn’t like the same things I was used to eating. He is a meat and “taters” guy and most all of my dishes centered around vegetables. To accommodate both needs, the meal has to center around the meat and “taters” with the vegetables on the side.
Now, let me remind you that I am no cook (as noted on my welcome page) but with a good recipe, I do okay. I am always in search of a good recipe and for new ideas about cooking for two. If this particular subject doesn’t really fit your lifestyle or family size, remember that any recipe you see in that section can be doubled or even tripled to accommodate all. This truly is NOT a food blog but because I am not the best of cooks, I am always searching for easy, peasy recipes and I know so many busy women, I like to share with them as well. Anything to make our crazy, busy lives just a little easier and well…more efficient!
Last but not least, I am signing off with an “aww”. Look at that sweet face!
International Women’s Day
03/08/19 We have our own day of celebration! How awesome is that? It is long overdue though. I always think we women are truly the minority of this country. We have struggled for every accomplishment and I have mad respect for those ladies who have paved the way for the rest of us. Going all the way back to Susan B. Anthony and the brave ladies that fought along with her for our right to vote back in 1919. There are so many great women, I cannot begin to name them all but you can bet I am celebrating this day and all of the amazing women in this world!
Amen, sista! Lol. We live in an amazing time with so much at our fingertips with just the press of a button. It is so great to see more women than ever standing up, finding their voice, and being trailblazers for generations to come!
I always like to leave you with an “Aww”…something to make you smile…so here is today’s “Aww”:
Dating at My Age
03/07/19 As you know from my home page, I met the man of my dreams in November 2017. Dating at my age has been…well…an experience to say the least. I am SOOOO happy I don’t have to do it anymore! So many times, I gave up on dating because it is really hard to find a good guy with whom you have chemistry. I met my husband online believe it or not. If you are nearer my age (55), you won’t believe it but if you are younger, this may not be out of the ordinary for you. I couldn’t believe I dated men I met online. Of course I was VERY careful and picky. If they didn’t treat me the way I felt I deserved to be treated before we even met, well…that is a no brainer. (This spellcheck thingy just hates the way I talk…lol.)
However, the most important lesson I learned out of all of my odd dating experiences is that…ladies…maybe we do need to get out of our own way sometimes. Have you seen the movie “Hitch”? If you haven’t, you should. It is a good movie. He talks about this very thing in that movie…getting out of our own way.
Here is a great example…my hubby sent me a picture of him sitting on a Harley looking like a biker dude as an online introduction. I thought, “No way. He looks like trouble.” The good thing is that I finally did get out of my own way…thank goodness he tried more than once! Come to find out, he is about as far from being trouble as can be and I am so glad that I got out of my own way to find that out!
Well, it has been a long day and I think I will bring this to a close for now. I want to leave you with an “Aww” so here is today’s:
Great Experience at the Car Wash
02/26/19 I have been crazy, busy working on getting my blog up and running. There is just sooo much to learn but I have discovered so many tools that make this endeavor a little easier. I did take yesterday off to be with my husband on his day off. We took our car to the Waterway Car Wash and it was such a good experience, I thought I would share it with you. They have a nice lobby where you can get snacks and drinks, items for your car, and this is also where the cashiers are located. There is also an indoor waiting area near the place where the cars exit the wash so you can see the progress of your car.
The gentleman who shows you the different packages to choose from noticed that my husband is an Army vet and gave us a voucher for a free full service car wash. What a nice surprise! It warms my heart when people treat my husband with such respect and thank him for his service. I have heard too often about the bad treatment some of our vets receive or have received and in my opinion, there is just nothing right about that! I was raised a Navy brat and it is such a different way of life. People just don’t realize unless you have been there.
Before I sign off and move on to furthering my blog education, I would like to sign off with an “aww”.
02/11/19 I have been doing so much research and watching videos to learn more about blogging and how to eventually turn my blog into a profitable business. Whew! I have mad respect for my fellow bloggers. This is a wonderful world…but not just something you jump into for sure.
Not related to work…lol…my wonderful husband sent me chocolate covered strawberries from Shari’s Berries for Valentine’s Day! Yummy! The strawberries are huge and nice and fresh. Hats off to Shari’s Berries! Oh yeah, and my sweet hubby. Lol.
02/01/19 Well, here we go. I have discovered this wonderful world of blogging and have learned so much over this past week. I have been reading everything I can to help me to understand the ins and outs of this amazing online presence. It is my intent to eventually make this blog entertaining and profitable but I see I still have much to learn. Wish me luck!
